- No Adult Content! This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere.
- No Illegal Usage! This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: Phishing, Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots.
- No Improper Bandwidth Usage! This includes, but is not limited to sites that use abnormal bandwidth via Hotlinking or by offering download of large files, such as movies, warez, mp3, exe, etc.
- No Improper Website Usage! This includes, but is not limited to sites that use this free service for File Storage only, Link Farming, improper use of Pop-ups, etc.
- No Unsolicited Commerce Email (SPAM)! Spamming, or the sending of mass unsolicited email, from or through a Oh-ic Hosting server or using an email address that is maintained on a Oh-ic Hosting machine is STRICTLY prohibited.
- No Attempt to Remove/Edit our Text Links! Any attempts to remove or edit our text links on your web pages will results in immediate termination of account.
- Inactive Account! Any accounts that are not active within the first 7 days after signing up, will results in immediate termination of account.
- Termination of account without notice! Any free website account members that violate any of the above terms and conditions will results in immediate termination of account without notice.
- Backups! Free website account does not includes backups. Members are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers. Always back your site up to your personal computer! Oh-ic.com does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that servers problems.
- Refusal Of Service! Oh-ic Hosting reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Oh-ic Hosting reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice.
- Disclaimer Of Warranties! Oh-ic Hosting expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Oh-ic Hosting are not responsible for any loss of earnings due to whatsoever reasons.
